Horns by Joe Hill

The cat is out of the bag on Joe Hill as everyone knows he is Stephen King's son. However, his work has always stood out on its own and nowhere is that more evident than in Horns. The love story between Ig and Merrin will tug at your heartstrings and the inventive storyline will keep you engaged all the way through. This is also one of the only books I was able to get my wife to read and actually finish so it gets extra bonus points.
